Fillable Workbook for Bloggers: Best Blog Planner (2024)

Launch offer of the best blog planner

Using a blog planner to organize your blogging business and content production routines can help you boost productivity. And, above all, make blogging easier and more fun!

We all have a million things on our to-do list each day, and building a profitable online business can easily become overwhelming.

That is why creating a solid plan and business structure can be incredibly beneficial!

The fillable Blog Business Planner will help you build a strong foundation for your brand. But it also ensures that you report and track your progress so that you can analyze what’s working month after month and focus on what will move the needle forward.

Why do bloggers need a Blog Planner?

I am a big fan of planners in general, and I started designing them years ago. So, creating one to organize my blog from the very start was a no-brainer.

Here’s why I believe a blog planner and workbook is essential to help you boost your productivity and keep track of all of your blogging activities:

  • A blog planner will help you craft a strategy for your blog’s growth and keep you accountable to work on what needs to be done so that you can achieve your goals faster;
  • It helps you brainstorm ideas and keep track of your to-dos;
  • It keeps everything organized, so you don’t need to get lost in a million post-it notes, emails that you sent to yourself, or quick messages on your mobile — you’ll have everything in one place;
  • It will keep you sane, avoid blogger burnout, and save you time 🙂

The Fillable Workbook for Bloggers: Everything I Wish I Had as a New Blogger!

I have used many planners over the years since I first started blogging.

Some were awesome. Others, not as much.

But somehow, I always felt that many details were missing. I’d feel limited by each planner at one point or another.

That’s why I created my own!

You see, I have been selling digital products on Etsy and other marketplaces since 2018, and creating planners and digital downloads has become part of my routine. Hundreds of people worldwide have used my products to organize their days, holidays, celebrations, and more!

As soon as I started Blogging She Thrives, I knew I needed to share those resources with you.

Introducing… the Blog Business Planner 😀

I have tweaked this planner over time and, more recently, added to it to make sure I cover everything you might need to start your blogging business and make it thrive as quickly as possible!

I have made it fillable and editable so that you can tweak it yourself and make it exactly as you need it to be.

You can add to it, delete the things that you don’t need, reorganize the content in a way that makes more sense to you, and so much more! Once you get access to it, it’s your forever, too. You can use it online or print it out as often as you need.

While I created this planner with beginner bloggers in mind, it can be used by content creators at any stage.

The Blogging Business Planner and Workbook is mainly tailored for those who are just starting. It helps you lay out your business vision and mission and set its foundational elements. It also focuses on branding and website structure.

However, the additional workbooks that come with it are perfect for anyone who wants to start optimizing their blogging activities and boost productivity.

This means that there’s plenty for you, too, even if you’ve already started a blog!

The best part? It’s undated. You can use it for years to come.

It will help you understand what’s working and what’s not, lay a framework for improvements in your business, and see where you should continue to put your efforts.

Test it yourself; I’ve made it super affordable!

How to Use the Blog Planner

I have made the Blog Business Planner available as a fillable workbook for Google Docs and tweaked it slightly so that you can easily access a printable PDF as well.

I understand different people like to organize their tasks in different ways, so it’s up to you to decide which version you like best.

Some of my past clients have shared that they used parts of the blog planner in its digital format so they could easily access it directly on the computer and decided to print other sections, such as the blogging diary pages.

I use the digital version, the first one I created and got used to. However, I have been an avid planner user for many years, and back in the day, I used to like having a hard copy. So I wanted to give you both options.

Why the Fillable Workbook for Bloggers Was the First Product I Launched

If you want to build a successful blog and monetize it, you need to plan it properly and treat it like a business from the start.

There is a lot to learn when you are trying to make a blog successful. It’s not as easy as it may sound.

I wanted to empower my readers (and any new bloggers that come my way) to start on the right foot and be confident about their projects.

The Blog Business Planner helps you track your progress and lay out every aspect of your business:

  • Come up with winning content ideas,
  • Brainstorm, plan, and track blog posts,
  • Organize your affiliate links and keep track of each program’s details,
  • Record your progress with monthly KPI trackers and monthly stats,
  • Keep track of your newsletter campaigns,
  • and so much more!

While I did include a printable blog planner too, I originally made a fillable workbook. As bloggers, we work from our computers most of the time. Tech is the basis of our business and for me, it made sense to keep it digital so you can easily access it at any time, from anywhere.
